The Powerful Manifesting Practice Hiding in Dozens of Ordinary Moments Every Single Day

A reader from Sweden sent me a message. She said Manifest Anything You Want is the best manifesting book she’s ever read 🤩 She shared that she manifested her biggest dream… her SP. Her Special Person. He’s the one she’s been looking for all her life.

I read her message and I felt the warmth of gratitude wash over me. I remember when I wrote the book and I thought to myself… if my words helped just one person, it would be the joy of a lifetime. This is exactly why I do what I do as a manifesting teacher and author.

I was still feeling that wonderful feeling of blissful gratitude when I noticed a message pop up on my phone. My phone storage was almost full… again.

I clicked over to deal with it and in an instant, that wonderful feeling was lost. I didn’t notice right away but later that evening, it dawned on me that I’d let one of the best feelings in the world slip through my fingers in about 3 seconds.

The more I thought about it, the more I realized this wasn’t a one-off thing. I started seeing the same pattern happen again and again.

An incredible review would come in and I’d be on to the next task in seconds…

Or a friend would send me a beautiful, thoughtful message and I’d be composing my reply instead of staying in how it felt to be loved like that 💖

I knew I had to do something about it so I started gently teaching myself to catch those gorgeous, good feelings before they disappeared.

That’s how Savoring became an essential manifesting practice. It’s probably the simplest, most powerful practice you can use to raise your vibration in an instant.

Savoring is what you do when you take a good feeling and deliberately stay with it just a little longer than you normally would. You bring your full attention to it. You let it fill your heart until it feels like you’re ignited, inspired and ready for more.

Here’s what I love most about it…savoring pairs perfectly with the 1 Healing Breath practice. That experience of breathing in a positive, high vibrational energy for 3 counts and out for 6 while fully feeling it… that IS savoring. 

I sent a heartfelt reply to my reader that same day, after I’d dealt with my phone storage but I went back to her message weeks later.

I read it again and this time, I placed my hand over my heart and I thought about this lovely person, somewhere in Sweden, holding my book.

I thought about her meeting this person and realizing that  he was the one she’d been looking for all her life. I let that be real. I felt into that energy of blissful joy and I practiced 1 Healing Breath of Joy (check it out below).

It turns out raising your vibration doesn’t have to be about meditating every single day, rising up the scale of consciousness, or journaling for an hour.  You just need to let those lovely, everyday good things that are already happening to you and for you, last a few seconds longer.
