​A few weeks ago, I had an hour to spare before meeting a friend for lunch, so I did something I highly recommend…

I whiled away that hour in the lobby of the most gorgeous five-star hotel in the neighborhood 😄 I wasn’t a guest at the hotel, and I didn’t spend a single dollar the entire time I was there.

What I did was watch.

There were fresh flowers on the front desk taller than me (only a slight exaggeration 😂). A couple at check-in was upgrading to a suite like it was the most ordinary thing in the world.

Someone glided past me with shopping bags from a luxury boutique I love 😍Everywhere I looked, abundance was swirling and circulating all around me.

Money was basically flowing through that lobby like water, and everyone around me seemed completely at ease inside the current.

Here’s why I love this practice so much…

Most of us have been taught to look away from abundance we can’t access yet, so we skip the walk through the “rich” neighborhood and save the luxe boutique for some future day when we’re finally “ready” to buy.

Over time, abundance becomes something we only ever see on a screen or in someone else’s story.

The Universe sees it so differently 💖

Abundance is NEVER in short supply. The real question is: do you feel comfortable and safe when you’re around it?

When abundance only ever appears through a screen, your brain files it under fantasy and your body and energy take that seriously.

Standing inside that abundance changes that category completely – watching money and beauty circulate in real time teaches you to file abundance under normal.

So here’s the practice, and the price tag is exactly zero dollars! I call it the Abundance Field Trip 🤩

This week, choose one place where abundance is clearly circulating. 

It might be a slow walk through the most gorgeous neighborhood in your city, or an hour with a book in a stunning hotel lobby.

Your only job while you’re there is to enjoy being near it all.

You’re not there to buy a single thing (your credit card can stay home). 

You’re there to let your brain, your body, and your energy soak in the evidence that abundance is real and it’s everywhere.

The Universe is endlessly generous, and every gorgeous lobby, garden, and gallery is an open invitation to step into the flow of what’s already yours to receive 💖
